Municipal Court FAQ's

You must complete section one of the Request to Restrict (Expunge) Arrest Record form or go to the Georgia Crime Information Center at http://gbi.georgia.gov to get a copy of the paperwork. After completing Section One mail or bring the completed paperwork to the Cleveland Municipal Court along with the $50.00 non-refundable fee. You will be notified of the result of your request by mail and/or email.

You should contact the Court immediately.  If you fail to pay your fine or appear in court, a bench warrant may be issued for your arrest. In addition, your Drivers License may be suspended.
